Orders are processed within 12-18 BUSINESS days beginning the day after your order was placed then fulfilled to be shipped by the 14th BUSINESS day. Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays. 

Standard shipping is the only shipping method available &. the shipping rate is $9. The international shipping rate is $22.

Returned Packages
If your order was shipped &. returned to me for any reason, you will be responsible for the $6.50 reship fee which will be invoiced before your order is shipped again.

Shipping to P.O. boxes &. APO/FPO addresses
Cholly Charm ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 
  
Shipping Confirmation &. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email or text message that contains your tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. Please check your spam folder if you do not see any emails from Chi's Aura Crystals.
  
Lost Packages 
Cholly Charm is not responsible for any packages lost during shipping. If your tracking number shows that your order was shipped/out for delivery but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office for further assistance.
